Derek Cheong, the chef behind Twelve Flavours, has started his pursuit of culinary excellence at a young age. He started learning cooking through YouTube as well as cookbooks from professional chefs.

Being an engineer, his hunger for technical knowledge for food has pushed him to tread deeper into the trenches of culinary arts. 

Great passion coupled with strong determination led to the creation of Twelve Flavours, an outlet for Derek to express his culinary identity.

After being crowned the winner of MasterChef Singapore Season 2, Derek secured a gig at World's 50 Best 2019 ranked number 1 Restaurant, Mirazur, as a chef where he got exposed to new techniques and new ingredients.


OUR MENU IS PRICED AT $128 for lunch and $158 for dinner  


Lunch commences at 12:30pm sharp.
Dinner commences at 7:30pm sharp.
Please be mindful to be punctual as traffic is bad around our place.
The whole session may take up to 3 hours and may be delayed due to late arrivals.
Half payment will be required upon reservation.
Full payment will be required two week prior to your reservation date. 
Any cancellation or reduction of guests 3 days before the actual date will not be eligible for refund.
Noise levels to be kept at a reasonable limit at all times.
We are unable to cater to seafood allergies, gluten-free, lactose intolerance and vegetarian/vegan dietaries.
Each reservation requires a minimum of 5 guests and maximum 10 guests. If you have 5 or less, the other table will be opened to another group of 5.
We do not provide wines so feel free to BYOB with no corkage fee.
